What's the difference between this and an 'AI agency'?
Most AI agencies either sell enterprise pilots or wrap basic automations in hype. We build practical internal tools for SMBs — the kind your team can actually use to save time, reduce manual work, and move faster.
Do you only use AI?
No. We use whatever solves the workflow. Sometimes that is AI. Sometimes it is Airtable, Zapier, a custom dashboard, a better intake form, or a small script. The goal is not to "add AI." The goal is to make the work easier.
How much does it cost?
Discovery is $1,250. Builds typically range from $5,000–$25,000 depending on scope. After discovery, you get a fixed-price proposal before we build anything. No surprise hours.
Will you replace my team?
No. We build systems that remove repetitive work so your team can spend more time on the work that actually needs a person. If the goal is replacing people, we are probably not the right fit.
What about my data?
Your data stays in your accounts. We do not store your customer data on our servers unless the project specifically requires it and you approve it. At handoff, you receive the code, credentials, documentation, and runbook.
Can you maintain it after launch?
Yes. We can hand it off to your team or stay on for flat-rate maintenance starting at $1,500/mo, which covers monitoring, small improvements, bug fixes, and support.
How do I know if I need this?
