How do I know which starting point fits?
You don't have to know before the call. We'll ask a few questions about where the business is now, what already exists, and what you're trying to build. Then we'll recommend Foundation, Revamp, or Scale — and explain why.
What if my situation doesn't fit any of the three?
That's normal. The three paths are starting points, not rigid boxes. We use the closest fit as the base, then adjust the scope around your actual business.
Why 12 months instead of 6 weeks?
Because a logo, website, and brand film are only the beginning. The first 6 weeks build the foundation. The next 11 months turn that foundation into content, campaigns, reporting, and refinement — so the brand actually gets used.
Can I exit before 12 months?
Yes. The Brand Build has a 6-month minimum, then continues month to month. We structure it this way because the first few months build the engine, and the rest of the year keeps it running.
What does the Dedicated Brand Strategist actually do?
They lead the strategy, plan the content, manage the calendar, track performance, and keep the work moving. Think of them as the person making sure the brand stays consistent and active after launch.
I already have a brand and ongoing marketing. Do I need this?
Maybe not. If your brand is already strong and you mainly need execution, the Marketing Retainer may be a better fit. The Brand Build is for businesses where the brand foundation needs to be built, refreshed, or repositioned before ongoing marketing can work well.
Do I own everything when the year ends?
Yes. You own the final brand assets, website, source files, design system, content library, photography, video files, and reporting dashboards.
What happens at the 12-month mark?
You have options. Continue month to month, move into a Marketing Retainer, scale into a larger package, or run the system in-house with the playbook we've built.
