Why a year, not a sprint

Brands compound. One-off projects don't.

Most agencies sell you a 6-week rebrand and disappear. The site goes up, the film ships, and three months later your business has moved on but the brand hasn't. We don't do that.

The 6-week sprint is the start. Phase 2 — the months that follow — is where the brand actually gets built. Running content, testing campaigns, tightening copy, watching what lands. You can't compress that. You can only commit to it.

Three starting points

Every brand is different. These are starting points, not boxes.

Most engagements are close to one of these three frames — but none will be exactly what you need. The 20-min diagnostic call is where we figure out which fits, and what flexes inside it. Pricing anchors here; final scope and rate adjust to your reality.

STARTING POINT 1

STARTING POINT 2

Brand Build — Revamp

You have a brand. Some of it works. Some of it doesn't. We audit, keep what's earned its place, and rebuild the rest.

$1,400/mo

Phase 1 (weeks 1–6)

  • Brand audit + retention map What works, what doesn't, what we keep and why. Documented.

  • Identity refresh Logo updated or kept, type system fixed, color palette modernized.
  • Website rebuild on your existing domain New IA, new copy, same URLs. Preserves your SEO equity.
  • New brand film 60-second piece that updates how the world sees the same business.
  • 90-day migration plan Old assets retired in sequence, no broken links, smooth handoff.

  • Brands that grew up but still look like the startup

STARTING POINT 3

Brand Build — Scale

Your brand is solid but you're moving into a new market, launching a new product line, or 2x'ing the operation.

$1,800/mo
$2,800/mo standard
$21,600 / year

Phase 1 (weeks 1–6)

  • Market + competitive research for new lane New buyer, new positioning question. We map the territory.
  • Sub-brand or extension framework How the new line relates to the parent brand, in writing.
  • Extended visual + voice system New product line gets its own surface, parent brand stays intact.
  • Launch site or major site expansion New section, new product page, or new microsite. Shape depends on your launch.
  • Launch campaign + brand film Product launch creative, paid + organic ready by week 6.
  • GTM playbook How the new line goes to market. Channels, budget, sequencing.

Best fit when

  • Existing businesses launching a new product/service
  • Geographic or vertical expansion
  • Post-acquisition brand integration
  • Multi-location rollouts

All three share the same Phase 2 (Months 2–12): embedded Brand Lead, monthly content production, performance reporting, quarterly business reviews. The differences are entirely in Phase 1 — which is the right call given that Year One outcomes depend on starting from the right place.

Phase 2 · Months 2–12

Same engine, no matter where you started.

Foundation ships in week 6. Then the Brand Lead runs the engine for the next 11 months — content, evolution, reporting, optimization. Identical across all three starting points.

  1. 01

    Embedded Brand Lead

Marketing Lead, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, in one person. Running the engine.

  2. 02

    Monthly content production

One shoot day per month. Real photo + video, posted on the cadence your business actually needs.

  3. 03

    Marketing strategy + execution

Campaign planning, channel management, paid + organic, calendar ownership.

  4. 04

    Analytics + monthly reports

Revenue-tied metrics. Engagement, leads, conversion, attributed pipeline.

  5. 05

    Quarterly business reviews

Every 90 days: pull back, assess, replan based on what the data says.

  6. 06

    Direct founder access

Rob is on every call, every shoot, every approval. No account-exec handoff.

The role you don't have to hire

One person owns it all. We call them your Brand Lead.

Most agencies break your engagement across an account exec, a strategist, a project manager, and three execution specialists. You explain your business five times. We collapse all of that into one role — the Brand Lead — who functions as your fractional Marketing Lead, Project Manager, and Business Analyst for the year.

M

Marketing & Growth Lead

  • Quarterly strategy + roadmap
  • Channel mix decisions (organic, paid, email)
  • Campaign concepts + creative direction
  • Brand voice consistency across surfaces
  • Owner of "what we're doing this month"
P

Lead Project Manager

  • Weekly shipping cadence (no missed posts)
  • Shoot day coordination + production logistics
  • Vendor + freelancer management when needed
  • Approval flow with you (one batch monthly)
  • Owner of "is it shipping on time"
B

Business Analyst

  • Performance dashboards (we build them)
  • Monthly reports tied to revenue, not vanity
  • Cohort + funnel analysis as data accumulates
  • Recommendations backed by data
  • Owner of "is it actually working"

For Founding 10 clients, the Brand Lead is Rob directly. As the team grows, Brand Leads will be senior team members trained on the same playbook. Either way: one person, one phone number, one Slack channel. Not a chain of handoffs.

  • That every campaign wins on first try
Frequently asked

Questions we get.

How do I know which starting point fits?

Most people don't — that's what the 20-min diagnostic call is for. We ask 5 questions about where the business is and where you want it, then point you at the right one. If you're between two, we'll tell you exactly which trade-offs each makes.

What if my situation doesn't fit any of these three?

It probably partly fits and partly doesn't — that's normal. These are starting points, not boxes. After the diagnostic, we send a custom proposal that takes the closest framework and adjusts it to your reality. Same pricing logic, scope flexes.

Why 12 months instead of 6 weeks?

Brands aren't built in six weeks. The visual identity ships in six weeks — but the brand is built in the months that follow, when you're actually running content, watching what lands, and tightening the system. Selling a 6-week sprint and walking away is how clients end up with beautiful logos and dead Instagrams.

Can I exit before 12 months?

Yes — 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. We charge for remaining minimum months at 50% if you exit early. We'd rather you stay because the engine is running, not because of contracts.

What's the Brand Lead actually doing each week?

Strategy, planning, execution oversight, and analysis. Specifically: weekly content shipping, monthly shoot day coordination, campaign planning, ad management, performance reporting, quarterly business reviews. The person you'd hire as your in-house marketing manager — without the W-2.

I already have a brand and ongoing marketing. Do I need this?

Maybe not. If your brand is solid and you just need execution, look at the Marketing Retainer ($4,500/mo) — it skips Phase 1 entirely. Brand Build is for businesses where the brand itself is the bottleneck before any execution will work.

Do I own everything when the year ends?

Yes. Full IP transfer at any exit. All deliverables, source files, design tokens, photography, content library, analytics dashboards.

What happens at the 12-month mark?

Three options. Renew at the same rate (most common). Scale up to the Marketing Retainer tier. Or graduate and run it yourself with the playbook we've built. All three are wins.
