What does a "shoot day" actually look like?

Half or full day at your business, on location, or at a partner studio nearby in NJ if you need a controlled environment. Cinema cameras, real lighting, professional audio when needed. You don't have to be there the whole time — we capture B-roll, products, space, and a few owner-on-camera clips for hooks. Output: 30 days of content from 6 hours of work.

Are you using UGC creators or shooting yourselves?

Both. The Growth and Performance tiers include UGC creator coordination — we brief, source, and review 3–5 creator videos per month. Combined with our in-house shoots, you get the diversity Meta's algorithm rewards (different faces, lighting, environments) without losing brand consistency.

What metrics do you actually report on?

Real ones. Engagement rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, content-attributed revenue, response time. Likes and reach are tracked but they're not the headline. Monthly report shows what worked, what failed, what we're shifting next month.

How much do I need to be involved week-to-week?

Can I cancel if it's not working?

Yes — month-to-month after the minimum. We charge 50% of the remaining months if you exit during the minimum. We'd rather you stay because results are landing — never because of a contract.
